1. The Church At The Centre Of Europe:

“Geyser” the word is synonymous to emanating hot water, but the Herľany geyser in Slovakia is totally different. It is almost 405 meter deep and a strong force of mineral rich water comes out of this geyser. But quite uncharacteristically the water of this geyser is cold. The eruption of water lasts for more than half hour and the height goes up to 10 o 15 meters. You will certainly enjoy the sight of this natural cold water geyser that is only found in Slovakia.

4. Važecká cave – Witness The Authentic Fossils:
Located at Važecký Karst, this cave has not been discovered centuries ago. It is a twentieth century discovery but its paleontological evidences will surely sweep you to the ancient eras. The skeletons of Cave Bears which are no longer existent can give you an idea about how they lived inside the cave. The bears were herbivores and used to take shelter inside the cave and stayed their throughout the year. You can also have a wonderful view of the stalactite limestone that has filled the cave with a little mystery.

5. St. Elisabeth Cathedral:
If you are in Bratislava, drive eastward and you will reach a place called St. Elisabeth Cathedral. This is known to be the easternmost Church of Slovakia. “The Little Blue Church” is built in a Gothic style and has a huge appeal to the travel lovers.
